The Menacing Manchild
This is a thriller comedy that I had the opportunity to write, direct, and star in. Shot in only seven hours, the story revolves around a professional golfer who has a scary day with a charity contest winner.
Mo Money Mo Problem$
Mo Money Mo Problem$ was the first major video that I was able to direct. It’s centered around a contract negotiation between an NBA prospect, his agent, and the Lakers GM. The meeting doesn’t go as planned.
The Black Curtain
The Black Curtain was the first script I ever wrote. It’s about a clueless talk show host that messes with his guests a little too much.
The Black Curtain: Episode 2
After the warm reception of The Black Curtain, I had the opportunity to both write and direct the sequel. This episode follows host, Jimmy Jefferson, as he tries to understand the concept of salary hierarchy on his own show.
The Come Up
I wrote, directed, and voiced a man’s genitalia in this short. The Come Up is the conversation between a guy and his penis as he prepares to have sex.
In the Arms of Thee
I had the pleasure of being the assistant director on a thesis pilot for the senior project at CSUN. Filmed right up until the COVID-19 lockdown, we pushed extremely hard to get this done. In the Arms of Thee is the story of a young man who has to take over for his late father as pastor of their church. His faith is tested when his father’s murderer comes to him to shelter from the police.
The Bad Cut
For the 2019 48 Hour Film Festival - Los Angeles, I had the chance to write, direct, and star in my own video. The story follows Joe Davidson as he tries to sell a house with a bad haircut.
